When You Can Expect a Reply
We are a small volunteer team spread across Canada and Mexico, so replies sometimes take a little longer than we would like. Most messages get an answer within one business day. If you are reporting an animal in urgent need, please say so clearly in your first message and we will move it to the front of the queue. For anything involving a serious injury, contact a local veterinary clinic first and let us know afterward.
